VocalEyes: How…
VocalEyes is not software, it is not a blog and it is not a web site – it is a process which includes both a hosted online service and also an expanding menu of face-to-face sessions, designed to support successful implementation of that process.
How would an organisation incorporate VocalEyes?
The following options exist for accessing the VocalEyes online service :
- Online : through a website / blogsite or intranet site, embedded as a link or as a tab
- Online : through Facebook or Twitter
- Offline : at meetings or conferences
- Via a home computer, laptop, netbook, or mobile platform (smartphone, iPhone, iPad)
- Via text message / SMS / video upload
Registration : Users need to be registered on VocalEyes in order to contribute, so an online registration procedure is available as part of the service. However, where an organisation already has a website or intranet with registered users, its existing database can be used so that no further registration is necessary.

VocalEyes is keen to work with organisations which are interested in co-creation and further development of the existing services. A range of options are available including
Therefore the first step would be to arrange a VocalEyes presentation at the organisation’s base, so that dialogue can commence with a view to answering questions on both sides, and assessing the most appropriate types of implementation processes.
